After a long and fruitful relationship, Softbooking and its sister company ADN-informatique have decided to form one sole entity: Sequoiasoft. With this merger – and with the acquisition of the hotel and restaurant solutions previously owned by the Cegid group – Sequoiasoft now offers the broadest range of management software in the hospitality industry.
