2016: Acceleration

Sequoiasoft strengthens its position as market leader and acquires Thelis, the No. 1 software developer for outdoor accommodation management.

2014: Expansion

Sequoiasoft acquires the Hotel-Restaurant division of the Cegid group and becomes a French market leader in management solutions for the hospitality, restaurant and wellness industries.

2010: Coming together

In 2010, ADN-Informatique and SoftBooking found Sequoiasoft to create one sole brand and gain visibility with hospitality and wellness professionals. Sequoiasoft launches La Suite, a new software programme that centralises hospitality and wellness activity management. Two years later, Sequoiasoft decides to launch MySequoia, which groups together all functionalities in one software programme for independent businesses.

2005: Innovation

From this alliance, SoftBooking is born in 2005. In the heart of the French Silicon Valley, SoftBooking would go on to develop Resalys: the first full web software specialising in holiday rentals, campsites and staff councils.

2003: Growth

Hervé COLLY and Pascal SCOQUART become Chairman and CEO of ADN-Informatique respectively. They combine their professional know-how with the command of cutting-edge technology demonstrated by StarFlow Software, a start-up located in Sophia Antipolis, founded and directed by Patrice GUYOT.

1992: Specialisation

ADN-Informatique complements its range of management software by creating the first solution dedicated to hospitality and wellness: Homing.

1986: The beginnings

A few years after the birth of ADN-Informatique, Nymphéa is developed to meet the management needs of spas, thermal centres and thalassotherapy establishments.

1980: The first brick

ADN-Informatique, the company’s historic brand, is created to develop tailor-made management software for estate agencies and trading companies.
