Winhôtel hospitality software lets you confirm bookings by SMS, directly from the room schedule.

With this option:

• you improve your customer relationship by keeping guests informed of their bookings.
• you establish regular contact with your customers and boost their satisfaction.

How does it work?

After activating the option with the help of your usual point of contact at Sequoiasoft, save your SMS template in Winhôtel. To do so, go into the Winhôtel general settings and click the SMS confirmation tab.

When you’re in the room schedule, right-click on the booking that you wish to confirm.

A new SMS confirmation option appears. Click this option to write your SMS message. In this window, you can choose the recipient’s number and edit the message. By default, the number that appears will be the mobile number saved in the guest’s customer record. Once the is SMS ready, click the send button and confirm.

The SMS will immediately be sent to your guest.
