How to easily reward your customers in Resalys

The loyalty point module can be used to manually or automatically grant points to customers. These points can then be converted into free nights or other benefits (gift code/certificate/box) to be used on future stays.

There are two ways of awarding points:

  • Automatically: you can set up a rule for awarding points automatically, so that a stay of 7 days or more on a given date at one of your properties is rewarded with a set number of loyalty points, for example.
  • Manually, on request: you can decide to award points to a customer at any given time.

You can consult the number of points accumulated by a customer in their customer record, the booking record or in the loyalty point transaction report.
