NF525 certification

Winhôtel and Winrestau received NF certification as Till Management Software* as per the new Finance Act applicable in France as of the 1^st January 2018. We'll send you the documents required for your property to bring itself into compliance shortly. The certification process will soon be complete for Resalys and Nymphéa.

Winhôtel v.15.6.2

• You can now export the turnover justification on the dashboard in CSV (Excel^©) format.
• Winhôtel now interfaces with eRevMax online distribution solutions.
• Handling of "non-stock" Reservit bookings: "non-stock" is automatically noted in the notepad of the booking record.
• Payment card check:
  • New Mastercard numbers added.
  • Card security number field deleted (this number must no longer be recorded).
  • Request to delete the encrypted history added.
• FIDEMS interface upgraded to target customers with SMS campaigns.

Winrestau v.15.6.2

• FIDEMS interface upgraded to target customers with SMS campaigns.
• New interface with eSeason campsite management software.
• Winrestau interfaces with stock management solution FTBE.
• Postal code and city added to standard receipts.

Resalys

• New Webcamp-Resalys gateway (accommodation supplier using Webcamp and a distributor using Resalys). This gateway means you can add a catalogue, stock and products in Resalys, then transfer booking records from Resalys to Webcamp.
• Option to change several booking record statuses at a time (Quote, Waiting list, Expired/Cancelled and their sub-statuses).
• Online booking/payment: option to use two different payment gateways for one online channel.
• Stock > Locking accommodation units: declaring overbooking when locking an accommodation unit is now subject to a specific user right.

Nymphéa v.5.17.10.6

Nymphéa (all versions)

• A new icon indicates that there are links in the customer record.
• You can issue the list of bookings with a new criterion: "Accommodation".
• Nymphéa version number added to the login page.
• Payment card numbers starting with 2 now supported.

Nymphéa spa

• Outstanding invoices: the customer block is outlined in red to make it easier to see if there are unpaid invoices.
• You can now enter an arrival date and time to the booking record information.
• Client record: the "Deceased" tickbox has been added. The "Mailing" box is automatically unticked if the "Deceased" box is ticked.

Nymphéa thalasso

• Surveys filled out in the last booking record can be retrieved.
• You can now make one or more contacts mandatory in the settings.
• Possibility to merge up to 6 processing quota lines in Word^© mail.
• Booking history: there's now an "i" icon to indicate that there are observations in the booking.
