Nymphéa software has evolved to include a highly awaited new feature: confirmation of spa appointments by bulk SMS/and or e-mail. With this new feature, it takes just a few seconds to send out all your booking confirmations.

You can use this option to send out all SMS and/or e-mail reminders to customers who have an appointment the following day, for example - all in one action. The SMS and e-mail templates are customisable. The option is available for the spa, thalassotherapy and thermal centre versions of Nymphéa.
