New: offer your rooms to thousands of travellers through Booking.com, directly from the Asterio channel manager
Asterio, the all-in-one software for hotels, has added Booking.com to its native channel manager. This new gateway will allow hoteliers using Asterio hotel software to post their rooms for sale directly to Booking.com, the world leader in online room bookings.
Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) have become a real asset for attracting holidaymakers from all over, and independent hotels have understood this. In its latest study*, Coach Omnium reveals that 91.2% of them distribute their rooms through one or more OTAs. And the study goes further: 42% of hoteliers interviewed state that over 40% of their clientèle (up to 70% and beyond) is brought in by OTAs.
One single application for dealing with OTAs and welcoming guests
Thanks to its channel manager and its integrated booking engine, Asterio PMS enables you to easily manage all distribution channels as well as the front office in a single tool.
Gone are the days of entering the same information twice! Everything is automated and centralised in Asterio. Bookings taken through OTAs are automatically saved in Asterio, just like bookings taken through the hotel website or at reception.
Time saved on every booking
The room planner fills up in real time with each booking, with rooms automatically assigned or bookings saved as "unassigned" if the hotelier prefers to assign the room when the guest arrives.
Asterio cuts down on manual entries by creating a new record in the customer database with the details sent when booking.
Nightly pricing and any options are also received in the Asterio booking record... all that's left to do is bill the customer!
