As hotel booking software, Winhôtel is almost fun, actually. When we discovered it, it was kind of a relief for us!
I must say that since we’ve been connected to the internet via Reserv’It and interfaced with Winhôtel, my life has changed! I’ve saved myself several hours’ work per day. Before, I would spend my time flicking between schedules, which caused quite a few mistakes. Now Winhôtel is interfaced with our website, with the Hôtels-Chalets de Tradition system (a voluntary chain that we’re signed up to) and, more recently, with Booking.com.
We save so much time when training receptionists, and as we offer seasonal work, that means a lot of time saved overall.
